NETSTARS: Simplifying the Functionality of Fintech

,Tsuyoshi Ri, CEO., NETSTARSTsuyoshi Ri, CEO.
Digital payments registered the most significant number of users across all fintech segments in 2021, amounting to over 3.4 billion users in Asia, as per a recent survey. These numbers will only grow higher as businesses adopt promising payment and transactional solutions within the industry, with users demanding engaging experiences from their payment vendors. Though many fintech solutions providers offer new propositions in the market, simplifying digital payment functions has always been an ordeal. By consolidating cashless transactions and DX solutions such as payment gateways, Netstars have been pioneering simplifying payment options for digital payment merchant-related services and companies with minimal contracting and operational burden.

Deploying an array of payment and management solutions in financial technology across the APAC region, Netstars provides cashless transactions and DX solutions with the payment gateways such as Starpay to merchant-related services for convenient cross-border EC, promotions, table orders and multi cashless solutions.

Starpay, Netstars’s flagship feature, has been consolidating different modes of payments into a single multi-QR code payment gateway to facilitate easy transactions. The payment gateway integrates payment channels using QR codes for non-cash payment solutions and allows stores to accept payments from customers through an e-wallet or banking application. So far, Starpay has been integrated with more than 40 different e-wallets and banks from countries worldwide, such as Japan, China, Singapore etc,.

To facilitate stable operation for fintech services, Netstars developed their own, the cloud native platform, to provide critical insights into the metrics concerning business growth in companies. With easy to deploy, release, rollback, and scale in minutes, the platform’s centralised management of applications monitors the resource status and other such functionalities to analyse the business development around fintech.

“The company’s mission is to simplify payments for the merchants. We support the merchants with cashless and DX solutions, applications, e-wallets, and anything that is requisite for merchant-related services; Netstars builds and develops it from the ground up,” says Tsuyoshi Ri, CEO of Netstars.

With Netstars’s Payment Solutions, It’s Convenient for Brands to Have More Opportunities to Expand Business outside Its Demographic Location and Associate with More Brands

Netstars is based in Japan mainly but operates service worldwide. In Vietnam, as digital payment tools exploit sales and enrich consumer experience, businesses also entail simplifying complexities in handling all of the data involved with applications such as Tete Shop. To streamline business operations, Netstars’s Tete Shop application synchronises all the data on different devices and platforms, making data accessible from across the stores. The application has been recognised as an effective tool used by more than 8000 stores regularly in managing assets.

“With Netstars’s payment solutions, it’s convenient for brands to have more opportunities with merchants for payments. Since Netstars is connected to global brands, domestic merchants have an opportunity to expand business outside its demographic location and associate with more brands,” says Chuck Chen, CTO of Netstars
